Deborah Spinocchia has spent 25 years in television as an Executive Producer and award-winning storyteller, an award nominee and winner across every genre of television, from documentary to entertainment. She is a jury member of AIDC (the Australian International Documentary Conference), a panelist at numerous industry conferences, and the creator of numerous documentaries and television shows.
Her instinct has always been the same: that the most extraordinary stories are never the ones that make the headlines. They live in kitchens, on farms, in suburbs and small towns, in the lives of people who have never been given a platform, or a reason to believe their story is worth telling.

Yes. yourlifeinbooks PTY LTD holds a first-look right on spin-off adaptations (film, TV, games, theatre). You participate in net profits from any adaptation on the same fair revenue split as your book, full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes. At any stage you can choose to keep your book private (for family and invited readers only) or publish it publicly in the library. You can change this at any time.
Your story remains in the library as your legacy, and your nominated estate or beneficiaries continue to benefit from your story's success in your name. The Legacy option is included in all packages.
Net revenue from every book sold or licensed through the platform is shared between you, Your Life In Books, and any human writer involved. We believe the split is genuinely fair, one of the most generous in publishing.
